What do you like about working with Cinder?
I like that Cinder has social gatherings and family events. Things like team lunches and company gatherings are good morale boosters for employees and help release the stress of normal day-to-day activities.

If I’m asked to perform a task, I do it with the best of my ability and minimal guidance! I pick up on things very quickly.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about there being a good balance between work and personal life. Everyone’s situation is different, and I think it’s important that a leader helps by doing what they can to assist their team members.
Fun fact?
I enjoy spending time with my two sons. We do everything from playing music, fishing, and going camping when time allows.
