Cinder is looking for a Software Developer to fill a role for our client in Hillsboro, OR. This is a full time, 40 hour per week opportunity with a full benefits package that includes PTO!
Required Skills:
- Required languages C, C++, Python
- Experience using Windows and Linux (specifically Ubuntu)
- Proficient with Git
- Familiar with code documentation (e.g. Doxygen, Sphinx) and writing user guides
- Able to work effectively either with a team or independently
- Python skills:
- Use regular expressions and parse various output/logs
- Write scripts to automate tasks on Linux/Android based devices
- C/embedded skills:
- Understand various low-level communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI)
- Given only a datasheet, write drivers/libraries for hardware components
- C++ skills:
- Experience working with highly parallelized code
- Familiar working with Visual Studio and its build system
Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Audio/Video Codecs
- Experience with FFMPEG
- Familiar with code documentation (e.g. Doxygen, Sphinx) and writing user guides
- Experience with Audio signal processing
Work Environment:
- Job Location: Must be done onsite
- Shift: Normal business hours
